Program Description
The concept of the Independent Learning is a choice to face various challenges in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, where human resources must be adaptive to changes in social, cultural, world of work, and the needs of the times that follow scientific and technological developments. These changes are forcing us to be adaptive human resources in the concept of borderless country. Therefore, school and university are currently competing to implement the independent learning concept as ideally as possible because education gives a big contribution in the nation. The role of youth is very important in the implementation of independent learning, because it frees them to choose what to learn according to their needs. Through the ideal implementation of independent learning, student wellbeing will be easily obtained. Therefore, this competition is expected to accommodate the aspirations and views of youth regarding independent learning and student well-being. Through their contribution, we hope we can give positive impact in education.
